The Thermal Brewer Aurora brews filter coffee according to the SCAE Gold Cup standard ensuring a high quality cup of coffee. The filter coffee is directly available from the free-standing dispenser, serving up to 5.7 litres. Bravilor Bonamat recommends the Thermal Brewer Aurora for any location, but especially for locations where many people come and go –all day– ordering a quick cuppa or to-go filter coffee, such as self-serve locations, coffee (specialty) shops and convenience stores.
The Aurora-series is made in Holland and features an eye-catching design from durable stainless steel. The intuitive touchscreen control makes operating the machine easy and offers three flavours as standard: mild roast, regular roast and dark roast. Each machine features a separate tap for hot water.
Aurora Twin Low (Aurora 5.7 TWL) brews filter coffee directly into two 5.7 L dispenser’s bases. The touchscreen is easy to use, especially when you use the pre-set programmes: mild, regular and dark roast.
However, the Aurora units allow professionals to optimise every setting of the brewing process such as water temperature, coffee-water ratio, pre-wet and brewing time. If you want to create homemade blends or if you serve single-origin coffees, this feature might be of particular interest. Additionally you can use the water bypass.
Filter coffee is HOT
A trend in the coffee industry is filter coffee. Filter coffee? Yes! It has been around for years and has been re-discovered. Bravilor Bonamat started its business with the development of one filter coffee-maker more than 65 years ago, and is today’s European market leader. We know how important certain aspects, such as water temperature and contact time, are for a delicious cup of coffee.
Your own coffee blend
As standard, the thermal brewer Aurora offers three blends: Mild, Regular and Dark Roast. Additionally, baristas and coffee roasters can create custom- or homemade coffee recipes. Each unit can store up to 25 coffee specialities. You can set the pre-wetting time for the best aromatic flavours, meet the Gold Cup Standard* with the right water temperature and many more. Once you have created the perfect recipe you can easily share it with other thermal brewers Aurora via an RFID card, the latest technology.
