This single origin, Fairtrade and Organic certified coffee from Peru provides a medium bodied and bright cup, with flavour notes of milk chocolate and citrus, and a mellow stone fruit acidity. The highlands of Peru are an ideal environment for growing coffee. Rich soils, temperate climate and high growing altitudes slow the maturation of the coffee, allowing the beans to accumulate maximum flavour potential.
