We have recently supplied a Macap M7 Grinder with Timer to HatHats Coffee Company, based in Kent! The Macap M7 Grinder is a large, powerful doser grinder with a 1.4kg hopper capacity and 800W professional grade motor which rotates the 75mm flat grinding burrs at 1400 RPM. This speed is perfect for fast results, yet slow enough not to heat the beans which can affect the taste. The timer allows the barista to choose between grinding just enough coffee for a single or double shot through to enough coffee to fill the 300g ground coffee doser chamber. Overall a great grinder for busy commercial outlets.
