The Tea Cosy, Upminster is a friendly and welcoming high street café offering a varied menu from Breakfasts – toasted sandwiches to Jacket Potatoes or if you are just looking for Coffee and Cake, they can provide a great selection to choose from.
We have recently installed a fully refurbished Fracino Romano 3 Group in Red with a new MD5 On Demand Grinder and Knock out draw. The Fracino Romano Machines boasts a stainless-steel finish that shines like polished chrome, making it a stunning, yet timeless focal point in any café, bar or restaurant. With a pop of colour from the beautiful red panels, this machine is sure to give off that ‘WOW’ factor! Fracino’s Romano machines are semi-automatic or electronically controlled, available with 1, 2, 3 or 4 Groups. All Romano machines have large capacity boilers, high-powered elements and are hand built to the highest standards, using only the finest stainless steel, copper and brass.
To compliment the machine, The Tea Cosy have chosen an On-Demand Grinder. On Demand Grinders enable accurate dosage and produce less waste of ground coffee you get with some grinders. Sat alongside a Traditional machine, these grinders will meet all your expectations.
All Traditional coffee machines, older than 14 months from date of new supply, require an annual pressure test to comply with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. Failure to do so may invalidate insurance claims but can also put your customers and staff at risk! We are able carry out pressure tests on all Traditional coffee machines so please get in touch today to arrange an engineer. As this machine was purchased as a refurbished machine – a Safety Pressure Test was carried out before delivery and a Certificate issued.
To help protect the machine from scale and impurities within the water supply, we fitted a C500 Brita Water Filter. This will be changed depending on throughput or on a yearly basis. If monitored by Simply, great coffee, we will give you a scale related guarantee, giving the customer ‘peace of mind’.
