With all plumbed drinks machines we highly recommend a Water Filter to take away all scale related problems along with any tastes and odours from the water. If a water filter is not fitted any scale related calls will not be covered under the warranty or service agreement. We would be recommending that the IEN 6000 is installed with a new machine.

Ingredient Usage Policy & Service Guarantee
All ingredients we supply are manufactured exclusively under license to our proprietary recipe, specifically designed to deliver optimal performance in your machines. This is why we offer a 100% service guarantee against any issues such as blockages or failures caused by our ingredients.

You are welcome to use alternative ingredients; however, please note that doing so may affect the quality of the drinks produced. Additionally, any machine faults or performance issues resulting from non-approved ingredients will not be covered under our warranty or service agreements.

This Machine comes with a standard manufacturers 6 months , parts and labour warranty. This can be extended for an additional 12, 24, 36 or 48 months to give a total of up to 6 years warranty – this is available for extra cost at the point of ordering, please contact us for prices.

Please note: if you are more than 60 miles away from Cambridge:

1. Training and installation will be chargeable.
2. Any Warranty given will be as return to base parts and labour only should you require an engineer to attend a call out fee will be charged.
3. If you have taken out one of our extended service plans Call outs, parts and labour will be covered subject to terms and conditions.
