BRITA PURITY C Quell ST filter cartridges are specially designed for the food service, catering and vending industries. They reduce carbonate hardness in drinking water, helping to prevent limescale build-up and protect your equipment.
Water quality plays an important role in both machine performance and drink quality. Coffee and other hot beverages can contain up to 98% water, so the quality of the water used can have a noticeable effect on flavour and aroma. BRITA filtration helps reduce unwanted carbonate hardness while retaining important minerals needed for good flavour development.
