We have recently installed a fully refurbished Fracino Contempo 2 Group coffee machine to one of our long-standing customers, The Crown and Thistle based in Great Chesterford!

The Crown and Thistle is a 16th Century traditional village pub and restaurant located in the heart of Great Chesterford. Serving Authentic Thai food by professionally trained chefs from Thailand, using the finest ingredients, locally sourced where possible. This family friendly pub also boasts an enclosed garden with children’s play equipment, ensuring fun for all the family.

The Fracino Contempo 2 Group boasts a stainless-steel finish that shines like polished chrome, making it a stunning, yet timeless focal point in any café, bar or restaurant.  All Fracino Contempo machines have large capacity boilers, high-powered elements and are hand built to the highest standards, using only the finest stainless steel, copper and brass.

To help protect the machine from scale and impurities within the water supply, The Crown and Thistle have chosen to install a C500 Brita Water Filter, this will be changed on a yearly basis. Our team at Simply, great coffee will continue to monitor the filter, giving our customers ‘peace of mind’.

All our Refurbished coffee machines come with a 6 months warranty, any machine that has been refurbished will have been through our workshop. The machines are stripped down to the basics and any parts required will be replaced and any exterior work will be restored to the highest level.

Operating an Espresso Machine that uses pressurised steam and is older than 14 months from date of new supply, can prove to be a risk that you may not want to accept. You have a statutory obligation to meet the stringent legal requirement of the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. Our trained engineers are qualified to carry out Pressure Test’s on Traditional machines so make sure you book your Certified Safety Pressure Test today through Simply, great coffee.
