They are using a San Remo Capri 2 Group machine along with Sanremo Grinder, a wonderful pairing, the machine also has a Brita water filter this removes any impurities in the water and helps prevent the build-up of lime scale.

The machine is regularly cleaned using our Liquid Quartz solution and this means that you can be confident that every drink coming out of this machine is of the same high standard.

The beans are our Caffe Velluto Beans, A dark blend of Brazillian and Central American coffees well rounded with sweetness of toasted almonds and molasses, this blend is great for espressos and milk based drinks. They are also serving out 16% cocoa simply dutch chocolate and a decaffeinated option.
