Tattersalls

A Bookies heads on favourite – Simply, great coffee Cambridge.

The Tattersall empire was founder by Richard Tattersall and was originally located in Hyde Park Corner back in 1766 and was the World’s first bloodstock auction house. Tattersalls moved to Park Paddocks in Newmarket in 1965. The auction house has a purpose-built sale ring, complete with several hundred stables, offices and an elegant dining room based on a Georgian orangery.  The focal point is the iconic stone cupola surmounted by the bust of George IV, with a fox at it’s centre, one paw raised resembling the firm’s motif. The horses are still sold in guineas, a very old tradition and many a champion has been led through these doors.

We have recently supplied an Ex Rental Iberital IB7 2 Group Compact machine, the design is based on an extremely dynamic, informal style, with one steam wand. The electronic Iberital IB7 Alto version allows you to achieve excellence in the brewing of quality espresso coffee and it is extremely easy to use and reliable in every situation. Black panels are enhanced by a metallic effect that gives the Iberital IB7 a shiny, modern feel. The Alto version gives you the capability of using take way cups or latte glasses under the group handles, vending straight into the cup. The Compact has the boiler capacity of the standard machine, but gives you a little more space, if this is a premium. The machine was supplied with a Safety Pressure Test Certificate and 12 months warranty.

All Traditional coffee machines, older than 14 months from date of new supply, require an annual pressure test to comply with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. Failure to do so may invalidate insurance claims but can put your customers and staff at risk! We are able carry out pressure tests on all Traditional coffee machines so please get in touch today to arrange an engineer.

Although we have not fitted the filter for this machine, we recommend to all our customers that Coffee Machines that are plumbed in should be set up with a Brita Purity C Filter. The Brita filters will help to prevent unwanted taste and odours within the water and keep scale related problems to a minimum.

We recommend to all our customers to use our cleaning products to ensure that the coffee machine continues to perform at the highest level. Our IB7 machines require Liquid Quartz to carry out a daily group head back flush. If you are unsure of which products are right for your machine, contact the team at Simply, great coffee today!

We would like to thank Tattersalls for choosing us to supply their IB7 Traditional Machine and look forward to continuing to offer our services, products and advice in the future.
